Options on Your Registration Form

 

When you fill out the registration form, you must indicate your decisions about five options:

  • The conference fee you will pay
  • Whether you will participate in a pre-conference activity
  • Whether you will participate in a post-conference workshop
  • Whether you are a social worker who wants CEU credits for attending the conference
  • If you are already a member, what you must do to have a person living with you attend the conference for free

When you are ready to register, you may register online by clicking on the "Register" option in the menu near the top of the page or by clicking on a "Register" button that appears on some of these pages. If you want to mail in a paper form, you can download the paper form at this link.

 

Conference Fees

The table that follows will help you decide what your conference fee will be. If you're wondering whether your membership is current, call Paul Hauser, 1-561-714-1423, or e-mail pauljhauser@gmail.com. Note that the Student, Professional and Patron categories of membership were eliminated as of 19 March 2014; after that date, all members are and will be known simply as "Members."

Pre- and Post-conference Trips

You may come to Scottsdale on July 10, the day before the conference begins, to go on a trip to Sedona. Or, you may take the trip on July 13. The trip is explained below. If you do participant in the July 10 trip, come to the conference registration desk between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Thursday morning to register before you go on the trip.

The same trip will be repeated after the conference, On July 13.

 

Pre- or post-conference trip to Sedona
on July 10 or July 13 - $105 per person

Below is the tour guide's description of the trip. If you want to go on the Sedona tour, you will pay the fee for the trip when you fill out the registration form.

We will depart from the Embassy Suites Scottsdale at 10:00 a.m. On the trip to Sedona, we will stop at Montezuma Castle National Monument, a pre-historic Sinagua cliff dwelling, one of the best preserved in the area. Our guides will pay the admission and provide a walking tour of the Monument.

During the trip, we will tour through the Sonoran Desert to the Red Rock country of Sedona. The tour guides will narrate about the history, geology, flora and fauna of the area as you travel. You will hear about our prehistoric people that inhabited this desert, how they lived, worked, and played, leaving behind their marks in stone, pueblos and cliff dwellings. You'll learn about our early pioneers that ventured into this desert area, why they came, and how they co-existed with the native people.

We will arrive in Sedona about 1 p.m. Upon arriving in Sedona, our guides will provide historical information about the area including the prehistoric peoples that inhabited this beautiful area as well as the native people who followed. The historical information about the pioneers will also be part of the narration. Then there will be some free time for lunching, taking one of our optional vortex jeep tours or back country jeep tours, or visiting the many Sedona galleries to shop.

We will then travel from the Sonoran Desert to the grassland plateau then into the pinon and juniper forest climate zone of Sedona. You will hear about the diverse geology and climate of Arizona.

As you travel into the red rocks of Sedona our guides will talk about the energy of the area. The vortexes located in Sedona will be pointed out as you arrive in the area.

About 4:00 p.m. our guides will provide a tour up to Airport Mesa, one of the energy areas located in Sedona. It also has a 360 degree view of the whole area for great photos and, for those interested, a great place to get grounded with mother earth and meditate.

At about 5:00 p.m. the tour will depart Sedona and arrive back at your hotel about 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Connecting to Spirit: Mediums Susanne Wilson and
Jamie Clark ~ Thursday, July 10, 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. ~

Don't miss this rare opportunity to see two renowned mediums working together. Please join Jamie Clark and Susanne Wilson for a fascinating glimpse into the lives of mediums. Jamie and Susanne will share their stories of spiritual discovery that are sure to inspire. Random messages will be given to audience members from family, friends and guides in the afterlife. Both highly respected mediums, Jamie and Susanne have joined talents previously, delighting audiences with their sessions which have been described as "positive, life affirming and completely unpredictable." Although no one is guaranteed a reading in this session, please note that Jamie and Susanne are each available for private sittings, by appointment, during the conference.

Meet the Presenters Available Thursday Evening
~ Thursday, July 10, 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. ~

Many conference presenters will be arriving Wednesday evening for ASCS activities. Others will arrive Thursday during the day. Any presenters who are available will appear in an informal panel to answer questions anyone has about the presenters' work, the afterlife, and afterlife communication. It will be a real opportunity to meet with the speakers before the conference begins and ask questions you've had on your mind.

Post-conference Workshops


Exploring the Afterlife - Bruce Moen

The workshop developed and taught by Bruce Moen will begin on Sunday, July 13, and continue through Monday, July 14. The workshop begins at 2 p.m. and goes until 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. It continues from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Monday. The fee is $150 for conference attendees and $232 for people not registered for the conference. It will be held in the Embassy Suites hotel.

Bruce Moen teaches people how to communicate with deceased friends and loved ones. Workshop participants routinely contact and communicate with the deceased and have their experiences verified as accurate and real during the workshop. And for as amazing or unbelievable as that might sound it's just a first step in exploration beyond physical reality.

This workshop teaches a system of simple concepts, techniques and exercises anyone can use to explore beyond the boundaries of physical reality, including our afterlife. It's a mix of insights gained from my experiences, explanations of how to communicate with the other side of life, discussion, and group exercises. This is a hands-on workshop in which you'll learn by doing. There are about twelve hours of classroom instruction teaching these methods. There is time for open discussion to help in understanding the procedures and applying them. You'll get a lot more out of the workshop if you've read two books: Voyages Into the Unknown and Voyage Beyond Doubt.

The workshop teaches the Art of Retrieval as a means of learning to make contact and communicate with those living in the Afterlife. You'll learn to make contact with nonphysical Helpers, you might call guides, angels, or some other name. You'll learn how to work with Helpers to perform retrieval of those who get stuck after death. Just in your interactions with Helpers and those who are stuck, you will begin to learn, firsthand, more about the structure and inner workings of human afterlife existence. Working with Helpers on the other side, you'll learn how to explore the realms of our afterlife. With that new understanding, you will be able to explore any reality or dimension that exists beyond our physical world. The experiences of previous workshop participants demonstrates its reality.

How to use a laptop computer to capture
afterlife voice phenomena, July 13 - Free

Sonia Rinaldi is one of the leading instrumental transcommunication (ITC) researchers in the world today. She started researching ITC in 1988, together with the Brazilian scientist Dr. Hernani guimar�es Andrade, in his institute (IBPP - Instituto Brasileiro de Pesquisas Psicobiof�sicas).

In 1990, she founded the Associa��o Nacional de Trancomunicadores (ANT). Today, the association has about 1,700 members from all around Brazil.

In 2000, she took the research to a scientific lab, working with engineers, physicists and scientists. The results of the studies performed in the lab have made it possible to make phone calls to the afterlife, including clear dialogues of up to 10 minutes between people on this side of life and their loved ones in the afterlife. In one example month, Sonia linked 163 people with their loved ones using the phone. All sessions have been well controlled, documented, and attested to by witnesses. Every person who came for a connection was able to experience one. From the 163 phone calls recorded, 130 were made by parents who lost their children; they recognized the voices recorded as being their loved one and carried on dialogues with them.

This workshop will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, and continue until 5 p.m. Sonia will explain how to capture voice phenomena using a laptop computer. Because of the limited time in the workshop, participants will not actually be capturing voice phenomena during the workshop. You will have the knowledge of how to do so over the longer period of time it requires when you return home.

 


Training in the Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy/Guided Afterlife Connections Procedure
for State-Licensed Psychotherapists, July 13 - 14

The Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy/Guided Afterlife Connections procedure is a cutting-edge psychotherapy method that reduces grief and trauma. It can be used only by seasoned, state-licensed psychotherapists. The method uses bilateral stimulation to bring the client into a state of mind in which they have an afterlife connection.

The connection dramatically heals grief. A study with 45 subjects who participated in at least one Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy/Guided Afterlife Connections session found that 95% had afterlife connections. Their ratings of the level of disturbance of memories associated with the person who had passed, using the 10-point Subjective Units of Distress (SUDS) scale, showed that disturbance ratings at the beginning of the session averaged 9.42. After one session, the average of ratings had reduced to 1.41. Read the study.

During the procedure, the experiencers have their own connections with their loved ones now living in the afterlife. The method itself does not induce the connections. The psychotherapist is not a medium and has no influence over the nature or content of the experience. The afterlife connections occur naturally and effortlessly between the experiencers and their loved ones, emerging when the experiencers enter a receptive mode, just as sleep follows naturally from relaxing into a comfortable bed. The connections normally unfold in five hours or more.

The trainer is Rochelle Wright, M. S., a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Professional, National Certified Counselor, and EMDR Certified Therapist. She has been a counselor for over 22 years, specializing in trauma. She developed the Guided Afterlife Connections procedure and is co-author with Craig Hogan of the book, Guided Afterlife Connections: They Come to Change Lives, describing the method.

This workshop will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, and continue until 8 p.m. The workshop will continue the next day, July 14, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The fee is normally $495, but will be reduced to $395 for the ASCS conference. It will be held in the Embassy Suites hotel.

Understanding the Anatomy & Physiology of Your Soul; How Soul Communication Works, Sunday, July 13, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. - $35

This is the description of Lee’s workshop from his literature:

A Household Member May Attend Free

If you are not a member of ASCS when you register for the conference, you will receive a one-year free membership, with all of the publications and benefits of membership. One benefit is that ASCS members may bring along one household member, who may attend the conference for free. If you want someone who lives with you to attend the banquet, you must pay a $70 fee for the banquet meal. The banquet is optional, however. You will pay that fee when you submit the registration form.

 

CEUs for Social Workers

CEUs for social workers who attend the conference have been applied for. On the registration form, indicate that you want to receive information when we know the CEUs are available. We’ll send you information about how to apply for them.

The CEUs are not available for Rochelle Wright’s workshop.
